Neel (Sunil) Gangwani is the Co-Founder of Plootus, a FinTech startup with a mission to simplify retirement planning for individuals across the U.S. With over 20 years of experience in financial services, Neel has a proven track record across asset management, lending, and capital markets, having led large teams and transformative projects at global organizations such as Caterpillar Financial, GE Capital, ING, and PwC.

As a dynamic and engaging speaker, Neel has presented at prominent events, including a Bloomberg-hosted conference organized by ALPFA. He has been featured in podcasts focused on Retirement Planning and has spoken about the evolving landscape of FinTech at key events in New York, Las Vegas, and other major cities.

Neel’s academic credentials include an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, where he specialized in Corporate Finance and Strategy, as well as a FinTech certification from MIT. He is also a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University.
