Shelly Horwitz

Shelly Horwitz is Managing Director at World Investment Advisors and brings over 25 years of experience in retirement plan management and fiduciary consulting, working with a diverse range of clients across non-profits, private, and public corporations. As an RIA and a 3(38) fiduciary, she oversees over 100 retirement plan clients totaling more than $1B in AUM. Her “sweet spot” is focused on small-mid sized business, $3M - $100M, with their average client size $5 -$15M. Her expertise spans fiduciary governance, plan design, investment consulting, financial wellness, and employee education and communication—key topics that would add great value to the panel discussion. She works out of Washington, DC, but lives in Atlanta, GA.

Additionally, Shelly is a founding member of NAPA, a member of RPAG, SHRM, and ASAE, and has been recognized as a NAPA Top Women All-Star multiple times. She’s a seasoned speaker at industry conferences, making her a great addition to the lineup.
