Randy Blaha

Randy Blaha is Vice President and Business Solution Area Leader for the Retirement Solutions business unit within Nationwide Financial. Prior to becoming the BSA Leader for Retirement Solutions, Randy held various positions at Nationwide including BSA Leader in Individual Products and Solutions, Individual Investments Group and Corporate Internet and Contact Centers. He has also led Nationwide IT’s Executive Program Management organization. 

In his current position, Randy leads an organization of technology professionals that plan, build and run applications that support Nationwide’s Retirement Solutions business. His responsibilities include Operational Results, Project Delivery, Information Risk Management, Financial Management and Business Relationships. 

Joining Nationwide in 2006, Randy has over 30 years of experience delivering technology driven business solutions. He graduated from South Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.  

​​Randy has previous technology experience at leading brands such as eBay/PayPal, Bank of America and Gateway.  

​Randy is an avid golfer and lives with his wife, Anne, in New Albany. He also enjoys spending time with his two sons who live in Columbus.
