Lauren Palumbo leads Future Growth Initiatives for Prudential's Retirement Strategies business. She and her team are responsible for delivering retirement security in brand new ways across retail wealth management and workplace retirement opportunities.

Bringing a high-energy, motivational style of leadership, Lauren's passion for building and developing inclusive teams that drive impactful outcomes keeps her laser-focused on delivering measurable results in a flexible way.

Previously, Lauren held roles of increasing responsibility within the Risk team, with a focus on cross-business strategic initiatives, most recently as the Risk Officer for Prudential's Retirement Strategies and Marketing organizations. Prior to joining Prudential, she worked in multiple roles at Alliance Bernstein, as the liaison to institutional portfolio managers in their Global Operations organization, as relationship manager for the company's operations outsourced offshore, and most notably as part of a two-person team responsible for founding their Global Operations Risk Management department.

Lauren earned an undergraduate degree in Finance from Providence College and an MBA from Sacred Heart University. She lives in Milford, Connecticut, with her husband Marco and three children. Lauren and Marco lead their large local church, where Lauren takes on additional leadership roles including running the women's ministry, with a focus on empowering women to foster an inclusive community.
